The Person
- A commercially aware CRO practitioner with hands-on experience in improving website conversion performance.
- Analytical and curious: comfortable using tools like GA4, Hotjar, or A/B testing platforms to uncover insights and suggest improvements.
- Confident working with clients and internal teams, with the ability to contribute ideas and clearly communicate recommendations.
- Some experience supporting or collaborating with others on projects – any mentoring or management experience is a bonus but not essential.
- Ideally 1-2+ years experience working in CRO or a related digital role (e.g. UX, analytics, experimentation), but we’re open to applicants who can demonstrate strong relevant skills.
- Agency experience is a plus, though we're also happy to hear from brand-side candidates who’ve worked across multiple websites or high-traffic environments.
The Role
- Takes a supporting role on a range of client accounts and a variety of tasks.

Objectives of the Role:
The CRO Specialist role is to assist and support in the day to day running of client activity, reporting and communication - as well as taking full ownership of a limited number of accounts. As a CRO Specialist you are focused on improving and developing your knowledge across both Conversion Rate Optimisation and User Experience, with the ability to apply this knowledge quickly and proactively. Taking an active interest in using key tools and platforms across the agency is also highly important.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to deliver insightful performance reports.
- Support accounts with core tasks across insights, design, strategy and testing.
- Undertake reviews of analytical platforms to identify opportunities to improve client websites.
- Conduct audits of client websites.
- Analyse competitor sites from an opportunities and insights perspective
- Produce improvement and testing hypotheses based on insights gathered.
- Work closely with the development team to brief in, QA and launch A/B tests.
- Consistently deliver tasks and reports to a high standard.
- Work collaboratively and build relationships with team members and wider channel teams.
- Attend regular client calls to support the manager/lead as needed.
